Our intermediate 4 week course designed to teach more advanced strength training exercises and program design.

  • Learn about proper and safe training techniques
  • Gain fundamental knowledge of correct form and function of each exercise.
  • Build an understanding of correct routine structure.
  • Take the guesswork out of which exercises are the best for your goals

What Course includes:

  • Course materials (Program packet covering 4 week workout program)
  • (4) 60 Minute One on One Personal Training Sessions
  • Workout Log Book
  • (2) Bod Pod Tests (Initial Evaluation and Post Program Evaluation voucher to use at a later date as desired.)
  • Access to facility, 7 days a week during entire program
