Mark Freeman

The fitness industry has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. With beginning as a hobby, fitness had such an impact that I knew that this would not only be something I enjoy, but something I would aspire to make a life commitment and share with others. After obtaining my personal training, youth fitness, and performance nutrition certificates in 1999, I have been gaining experience in multiple areas of the industry. I have worked along side with Bally’s, World Gym, Gold’s Gym, and Urban Active. Within these companies I have gained knowledge in fitness assessments, designing fitness routines, nutritional counseling, and building a strong clientele base. I recently took my career to the next level and designed my own personal training business, No Excuses Personal Training. I believe this has been successful because of the skills that I have learned over the years and the continued passion and thrives to this day. Along with my business I was able to complete my Exercise Science degree. Not only have I advanced in knowledge, my performance has reached national levels. With the discipline and determination that I constantly give, I was able to reach national powerlifting records and making it to the top 20 in the nation for lifts achieved in the 165 lbs. weight class. My commitment and passion that I have for this lifestyle shows through to my clients. I want them to not only feel good about themselves but I want them to have a quality of life that can’t be bought, only earned. I tell my clients that life isn’t about finding yourself, life is about creating yourself and that’s what I am here to help do.
